Gotta say, I picked up the Sharknife "Free Comic Book Day" issue a couple of years ago and I really fucking enjoyed it

Sharknife should have been getting all the attention from the "Hipster Doofuses" , not Scott Pilgrim Saves The World

I also wanted to say how much I enjoy your art style

It's like nothing I've ever seen before, but at the same time, it's very familiar

Sharknife also kind of comes off to me as partially inspired by Sam Keith's The Maxx, not sure if that was intentional though

Hey Reyyy are ya happy with the coarse the story is taking in Sharknife, cause i kinda understood by the posts ya wrote that got a lot of cool beans, but a spaghetti to unravel to reach the final strike. Are me thoughts true or false. Plus nice work, bring this baby to life, bro.

Oh, it is true spaghetti... trying to sort it all out is a real challenge. The bright side is, tho, the more pages I draw, the less I have to worry about. heh. still, even though the story, etc, is pretty clear and fleshed out to me, now, i still find myself adding stuff. in that case, even when pages are done, i pretty much add entire scenes. which also means that the book shifts from being 130-150 pages, to possibly reaching 200!!!

it is the crazy ebb and flow of attempting to create a graphic novel, that you want to have EVERYTHING in it.

i deduce by your response that you do not follow a guide line or write a script to follow but follow the creative flow of your mind.
